Iceland's new claim to fame: Drag Queens

Iceland's new claim to fame: Drag Queens

In just a matter of a few short years, Iceland went from selling itself as a land of Vikings, to now promoting a drag queen scene. This is what happens when you have women in charge and a feminist state. First, they started promoting feminist walks in Reykjavík instead of the Norse culture tours. Then, on Þjóðhátíðardagurinn (Iceland National Day), the woman to represent the mother land was replaced by a ... Transgender. The usual drakkar were hijacked by the gay pride and its institutionalized feminization of men, pissing on Norse culture and heritage. And now, a country that was known and enjoyed by tourist for being a hub of Norse culture is being marketed as a destination for the drag queen scene.

A culture that was safeguarded for over 1,200 years, going down the drain in only a few years. That's feminism for you.
