Plokkrjúmi (Cream Stew)

55% fat, 40% protein, 5% carbs for 5,000 Calories (so at least 2 days worth of food).

Made with 125g of butter, 500g of crème fraîche (a type of fermented cream), a whole cooked chicken, 100g of roasted pine nuts, 100g of mushrooms, and 100g of bilberries.

Just cook mushrooms in butter, add cream, chicken meat, simmer at low heat for a bit. That’s it. Then add berries and roasted nuts on top.
