Those familiar with our organization know that while we are primarily white, we also have bros among us who are on the darker green side of things. Yes, as in black (or even Asian or Arab). So, why are we saying that multiculturalism doesn’t work?
Because we are not multicultural. We are monocultural. No matter our skin color, we share the same views, philosophy, and ultimately the same ethos and culture. Traditionally naturally associated with our genetic and ethnic background, hence why we remain predominantly white even though we welcome all men among us irrespective of their race.

Robert Putnam, a hardcore leftist Harvard Professor, decided to promote his pro-multiculturalism agenda by demonstrating with data the benefits of diversity.
