Overall, the Spartans were probably the best warriors who ever walked on earth, as well as the most military-centric society. They are a fundamental source of knowledge for any modern warrior, especially considering the strong connections between ancient Greece and us Víkingar, from Óðinn, to the Sámi people, and of course, to the Jómsvíkingar (Jomsvikings).

JÓMSVÍKINGAR: THE JOMSVIKINGS

The Jómsvíkingar, so culturally similar to the Spartans, also were an inspiration to the various knight orders that flourished towards the end of the Viking age. Here you will learn about the Jomsvikings, their laws, and notable sayings.

SAMHELDNI: MILITARY COHESION
